Homemade remedies that can help reduce premature ejaculation

Premature ejaculation can be treated with a weekly or regular dose of Chinese herbal medicine, such as Yimusake tablets or Qilin pills, which increase sexual endurance and improve energy. Different types of Chinese herbal medicine can increase ejaculation time by about two minutes, according to the same Sexual Medicine report.


  1. Zinc and Magnesium-Rich Foods

Although we can’t say for certain that certain foods can cure premature ejaculation, we can say with confidence that there is some empirical evidence to support the effects of certain foods on libido, PE, and sexual health. Zinc and magnesium-rich foods have been linked to improved sexual health, ranging from increasing testosterone (one of many hormones responsible for optimum sex drive) to possibly increasing stamina and energy.


There’s also some proof that a magnesium deficiency can affect your sexual health and cause premature ejaculation. Although it may seem counterintuitive, concentrating on other forms of sexual activity rather than intercourse may help you relax and enjoy your sexual experiences. Consider other ways you and your partner can experience the joy that will not cause you or your partner any pain or irritation.
