UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, SHALL Gomen Biometrics OR ITS OPERATORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF, OR THE INABILITY TO USE, THE TOOLS AND MATERIALS ON https://gomen.my, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
