GENERAL

  • How do I set up an account?
    • You can set up your account on our website at www.gomen.my
      Fill out your details and tick the boxes to agree to our terms and your account will be live.

  • What is the advantage of using this website/service?
    • goMEN allows you to reach out to medical health professionals for a consultation from the comfort of your own home
    • Apart from that, you are assured of the utmost confidentiality with regards to your treatment right up to the delivery of the medication to your doorstep

  • How do I arrange a consultation?
    • It is as simple as clicking on the ‘Book consultation’ tab and registering as a member.
    • You will then be directed to a the members area where you are required to fill out a quick questionanaire before clicking on the ‘Start consultation’ tab. A medical  Dr who will contact you over the phone and begin your assesment before suggesting a solution to your problem.

  • What happens during a consultation?
    • You will be asked a series of questions which will help the Dr decide what treatment option suits you best. You will then be advised on it and given a prescription whereby you can then proceed to purchase the medication from us.
    • Alternatively you are able to take your prescription elsewhere too

  • Can I order on behalf of a friend or a relative?
    • No, you can only make an order for yourself. You cannot create another order on your active prescription for someone other than yourself as it needs to be approved by a clinician following a personal health questionnaire.

 

ORDER & DELIVERY

  • Can I cancel or amend my order?
    • Once your prescription has been generated we are not able to change the date to an earlier date.
      However, you are able to change the frequency, dosage and number of tablets on your next order. Login and go to Account and then Your Plans to make changes to them.

      If you have any issues or need any assistance, please contact our Customer Care team on info@gomen.my or call 011-16374424 and we will be able to assist you further.

  • When will I expect to get my delievery to my doorstep?
    • Once your order is fulfilled , we will take 1-3 working days if the location is within Peninsular and 3-5 days if the location is in East Malaysia.



  • Can I change my delivery address?
    • The only way you can get an order earlier would be to cancel the current subscription and set up a new one. This will reset the date to the date you place the new order.

  • Is the information shared with you kept private?
    • Yes, we take your privacy and security information very seriously. We have designed the platform to comply with all the relevant privacy laws and have implemented security protocols to protect your personal information.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • Can I return the medication?
    • Unfortunately, we cannot accept the return of any medication that has left our premises as it cannot be reused.
      If you have any questions you can contact our Customer Care team on info@gomen.my or phone 011-16374424

 

  • What is your return policy?
    • Prescription medicine cannot be returned unless defective or wrongly delivered. Non-prescription items can be returned within 28 days for a refund or an exchange, please request the returns label with instructions by contacting our Customer Care Team . Items must be sent back unopened, in perfect condition and original packaging.

    • We accept major debit and credit cards.

  • Secure purchasing
    • All payments on goMEN are processed through a secure payment system.
      We do not have access to your full card details and if you need to update your billing method you can do so via the Account – Your Details page.

  • Who is goMEN for?
    • goMEN is for any man out there who would like to have a private consultation with a qualified medical professional from the comfort of his own home
    • However, do have an age limit of 18 years old for our users to ensure safety, legal and other important considerations are met

 

 

MEDICAL CARE

  • I have a question for the clinician
    • If you have a medical or a confidential query or you wish to speak to one of the clinicians for advice, you can opt for a free consultation with them. They will be more than happy to assist you.
    • We assure you that all information is kept confidential and there is no obligation for you to proceed any further past this stage if you do not wish to.

 

  • Do I need a prescription?
    • You do not need your own prescription, we will be able to check if the medicine is suitable for you based on your health questionnaire which will be assessed by one of our expert clinicians

 

  • Can I use a prescription from my own GP on your website?
    • We are unable to accept outside prescriptions. Please fill in the online health questionnaire and we will be able to check if the medicine is suitable for you.

 

  • What do I do in an emergency?
    • In an emergency, please call 999 immediately

 

Can I mix medications?

  • When completing your health questionnaire, you must be very clear about the medication you are taking to the attending clinician. This is very important for them to make the correct diagnosis and prescribe the correct medication for your specific condition.

Is telemedicine safe?

  • Telemedicine is proven to be effective and safe, however it only works if patients answer questions truthfully, accurately and completely.
  • Clinicians can only assist if they have the most accurate information about your health.
